Wove connects directly to your Magaya instance. You link a shared inbox or forward emails to Wove, and Wove classifies each document, extracts and validates the data, and writes it into Magaya with the documents attached.
What can Wove automate in Magaya?
Shipment creation from inbound emails and documents, attaching documents to the right shipment, and cross-checking documents for mismatched weights, quantities or parties before the data reaches Magaya.
Do we have to change how we use Magaya?
No. Your team keeps working in Magaya and in the inboxes they already use. Wove does the retyping in the background and flags the exceptions that need a person.
Is our data used to train AI models?
No. Customer data is never used to train AI models. Wove encrypts data with AES-256 at rest and TLS 1.3 in transit, and supports SSO through Microsoft Entra ID and Google Workspace.
Does Wove work with other systems besides Magaya?
Yes. Wove also integrates natively with CargoWise, and connects to Logiware and Oracle NetSuite. For other systems, Wove offers a REST API and webhooks.
