1. Introduction
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the websites, applications, and services operated by Wove Labs, Inc. ("Wove," "we," "us," or "our"), including wove.com, tariffs.wove.com, refunds.wove.com, and any related tools or APIs (collectively, the "Services").
By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our Services.

2. Description of Services
Wove provides AI-powered trade compliance tools for importers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and logistics businesses. Our Services include:
- IEEPA Tariff Refund Calculator: A free tool that allows importers to upload entry data and receive an estimate of potential tariff refund exposure following the Supreme Court's ruling in Learning Resources v. Trump (February 20, 2026)
- Tariff Simulator: A tool for estimating tariff duties and landed costs
- HTS Classification Engine: AI-assisted Harmonized Tariff Schedule classification
- Document Processing and Automation: Tools for processing trade documents and customs forms
- API Access: Programmatic access to Wove's trade compliance infrastructure
3. Important Disclaimer — Refund Calculator and Tariff Tools
Please read this section carefully before using our refund calculator or any tariff estimation tools.
The results produced by Wove's IEEPA Tariff Refund Calculator and related tools are estimates for informational purposes only. They do not constitute legal advice, financial advice, or a guarantee of any refund amount.
Specifically:
- Wove's calculations are based on publicly available tariff schedules, HTS data, and entry information you provide. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or applicability of these calculations to your specific situation.
- The IEEPA refund process has not yet been formally defined by U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) or the courts. Refund eligibility, amounts, and timelines remain uncertain and subject to change.
- HTS classification is complex and fact-specific. Classifications suggested or used by Wove's tools may not reflect CBP's final determination.
- Filing deadlines for PSC (Post Summary Correction), Protest, and CIT Litigation are time-sensitive. Wove is not responsible for missed deadlines.
- You should consult a licensed customs broker or trade attorney before taking any action based on Wove's output.
Wove is not a licensed customs broker, trade attorney, or financial advisor. Use of our Services does not create an attorney-client or broker-client relationship.
4. Account Registration
To access certain features, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
- All activity that occurs under your account
- Notifying us immediately at legal@wove.com if you suspect unauthorized access
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
5. User Data and Import Entry Data
When you upload import entry data to our Services:
- You represent that you have the right to share such data with us
- You grant Wove a limited license to process your data solely for the purpose of providing the Services to you
- We will handle your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy
- We do not claim ownership of your import entry data
- You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting privacy@wove.com
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Services for any unlawful purpose
- Upload false, misleading, or fraudulent entry data
- Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or extract data from our Services without authorization
- Use the Services to compete with Wove without our express written permission
- Interfere with the security or integrity of our Services
7. API Terms
Access to Wove's API is subject to these Terms and any additional API-specific documentation. You agree that:
- API access is provided subject to rate limits and usage policies
- You will not resell or sublicense API access without written permission from Wove
- Wove bears no liability for damages resulting from your use of the API or third-party integrations
8. Intellectual Property
All content, tools, algorithms, software, and technology provided through the Services are the exclusive property of Wove Labs, Inc. or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our Services without prior written consent.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
WOVE DOES NOT WARRANT THAT:
- THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE
- REFUND CALCULATIONS WILL BE ACCURATE OR COMPLETE
- ANY PARTICULAR REFUND AMOUNT WILL BE RECOVERABLE
- THE SERVICES WILL MEET YOUR SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WOVE AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
- LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUE
- MISSED REFUND FILING DEADLINES
- DECISIONS MADE IN RELIANCE ON CALCULATOR OUTPUT
- DATA LOSS OR UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS
- ANY DAMAGES EXCEEDING THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO WOVE IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Wove Labs, Inc. and its affiliates, officers, directors, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
12. Paid Services
Certain features of the Services require payment. Fees, billing terms, and cancellation policies will be disclosed at the time of purchase. All payments are processed through third-party payment processors. Wove does not store payment card information.
13. Privacy
Your use of the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy, available at wove.com/privacy.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on our Services. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
15. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Atlanta, Georgia.
For EU/UK users: nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection law.
16. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
