  • Import entry data you upload to our refund calculator or tariff tools, including HTS codes, country of origin, customs value, entry dates, duties paid, and exclusion codes
  • Messages or inquiries submitted through our contact or help forms

Information collected automatically:

  • IP address, browser type, and device information
  • Pages visited, time spent on our Services, and referring URLs
  • Cookies and similar tracking technologies (see Cookies section below)

Import Entry Data

We take the handling of your import entry data seriously. Your trade data is commercially sensitive and we treat it accordingly:

  • Your import entry data is used solely to calculate your tariff refund exposure and deliver results to you
  • We do not share your entry-level data with third parties without your explicit consent
  • We do not use your import entry data to train AI models without your explicit consent
  • Import entry data is retained for 90 days after your last login, after which it is permanently deleted
  • You may request deletion of your uploaded data at any time by contacting us at privacy@wove.com

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, operate, and improve our Services
  • Calculate tariff refund exposure and deliver results to you
  • Send you your refund analysis and relevant product communications
  • Respond to your inquiries and provide customer support
  • Send periodic emails regarding products, services, and relevant industry updates (you may opt out at any time)
  • Detect and prevent fraud or misuse of our Services
  • Comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

  • Request deletion of your personal information
  • Object to our processing of your personal information
  • Opt out of marketing communications at any time
